ENTRY FEE: Rs.300/- (8-20 Participants)

Go green is a group activity in which, within a given time, groups must perform The team social activities.

RULES:

  • Select the area of your choice you want to develop and improve.
  • Area should be in Pune.
  • Team should consist of maximum 20 members & minimum 8 members.
  • If same area is preferred by many teams then it will be allotted on first come first serve basis.
  • Activity must be completed in time.
  • Requirement sheet has to be submitted before the event.
  • Basic things from the Requirements sheet will be provided (brooms, garbage bags, etc.) by the college.
  • If participants are NSS members, then their hours will be counted.
  • Participants are requested to reach the venue 20 mins before the reporting time.
  • It is mandatory for every participant to carry their respective receipts without which entry will not be permitted.
  • Every participant should have his/her own valid I-Card.
  • Decision of the judges and organising team will be final and binding.

ENTRY FEE: Rs.200/- (8-15 Participants)

Pathanatya is an activity performed in a play/drama format. The topic has to be related to social causes.

RULES:

  • A team of min 8 and a max of 15 members.
  • Duration of the act should not exceed 15 mins including setup time. The judges may penalize the team in case excess time is taken.
  • The event will take place in an open area such as college lawns, amphitheater and there will be no provision of a stage of associated facilities.
  • Language for the street play shall be English or Hindi or Marathi with appropriate usage allowed of regional language wherever required
  • Props are NOT allowed.
  • Participants are strictly advised not to disclose the name of their department to the jury members/audience while introducing themselves on the stage.
  • The committee shall not provide any Costume/Props.
  • The contestant may opt for a suitable dress code.
  • Participants are requested to reach the venue 20 mins before the reporting time.
  • It is mandatory for every participant to carry their respective receipts without which entry will not be permitted.
  • Every participant should have his/her own valid I-Card.
  • The decision of the judges and organizing team will be final and binding.

Entry fee: Rs. 50/-(2 participants)

Pic thoughts is a kind of drawing competition in which, the topic related to social causes will be given on spot.

RULES: 

  • A maximum number of participants in a group can be 2.
  • Participants should bring their own instruments (e.g. scale, pencil, sketch pen, crayons, poster colors etc.) with them at the time of competition.
  • The poster should be self-explanatory.
  • There should not be any mechanical or electrical devices attached to the poster.
  • Participants must select only one topic from the list of topics given by us on the spot and draw the sketch related to it.
  • Participants will be given the time limit of 2:00 hours only for the completion of the poster.
  • Participants are requested to reach the venue 20 mins before the reporting time.
  • It is mandatory for every participant to carry their respective receipts without which entry will not be permitted.
  • Every participant should have his/her own valid I-Card.
  • The decision of the judges and organizing team will be final and binding.

Entry fee: Rs. 50/- (1 participant)

A short film will be shown, on which participants have to write an abstract. GD will be conducted on another short film showed.

RULES:

  • There are two rounds in the event.
  • Firstly, a movie will be shown to the participants related to any particular topic & then participants have to write an abstract inferring the movie. (Maximum 9 mins.)
  • The participants are then shortlisted for the second round.
  • In the second round, a movie will be shown on which the participants are expected to speak for maximum 3.5min.
  • The participants will be judged by external faculty pursuing knowledge of the related topics.
  • Judgment is done completely on the basis of presentation skills and quick thinking about the related topic.
  • Participants are requested to reach the venue 20 mins before the
    reporting time.
  • It is mandatory for every participant to carry their respective receipts without which entry will not be permitted.
  • Every participant should have his/her own valid I-Card
  • The decision of the judges and organizing team will be final and binding.

Clues will be given to the participants which will be within the college premises and participants have to click the photos of those clues.

  • A list of social activities to be performed will be given.
  • Team members have to perform as many activities as possible and click effective photographs while doing the same.

Think quick is a general knowledge quiz competition where there are different rounds in which GK of participants is tested.

RULES:

  • Only team entries are eligible.
  • A team shall consist of maximum 2 participants.
  • The decision of the quiz-master will be final and will not be subjected to any change.
  • The participants shall not be allowed to use mobile or other electronic instruments.
  • Audience shall not give any hints or clues to the competitors.
  • After every round during the final quiz, the team with the lowest score is eliminated.
  • Questions will be based on the social issues.
  • Participants are requested to reach the venue 20 mins before the
    reporting time.
  • It is mandatory for every participant to carry their respective receipts without which entry will not be permitted.
  • Every participant should have his/her own valid I-Card.
  • The decision of the judges and organizing team will be final and binding.

Vasundhara is a PPT competition in which, participants have to make ppt on any social topic and present it.

RULES:

  • The team should consist of a maximum of 3 members from the same college.
  • Your presentation should be in PowerPoint format.
  • The presentation should consist of a maximum of 10 slides excluding references, annexures etc.
  • The format of the presentation should be as follows:
  1. Which problem statement is selected?
  2. Why?
  3. Your solution
  4. Implementation plan
  5. Possible problems
  6. Sustainability of solution
  • Time to present your presentation in front of judges: 10 min
  • The decision of the judges will be final
  • Participants are requested to reach the venue 20 mins before the
    reporting time.
  • It is mandatory for every participant to carry their respective receipts without which entry will not be permitted.
  • Every participant should have his/her own valid I-Card.
  • The decision of the judges and organizing team will be final and binding.

A topic will be given on which participants have to speak for 2 min and jam round will take place.

RULES:

  • An entry shall consist of max 1 person.
  • The participants shall not be allowed to use mobile or other electronic instruments.
  • Audience shall not give any hints or clues to the competitors.
  • After every round, the participant with the lowest number of the score will get eliminated.
  • The topic on which participants will have to talk will be based on the social issues.
  • First round: a topic will be given to the participant on the spot and they will have to speak for two and a half min (elimination round).
  • Second round: In the second round there will be a jamming session.
  • Participants are requested to reach the venue 20 mins before the
    reporting time.
  • It is mandatory for every participant to carry their respective receipts without which entry will not be permitted.

  • The decision of the judges and organizing team will be final and binding.

  • The decision of the judges and organizing team will be final and binding.

ROUNDS:

  • First round: Participants have to make a poetry based on the topics given to them, within the time allotted. (i.e. 30 mins)
  • Second round: Participants will be given an introductory part of the poem and will have to complete the poem with their own words within the allotted
    time.
  • Participants will be allotted 1.30 min to present their poem in front of the
    judges.

Entry fee: Rs. 100/- (1 Participant)

Me Atre Boltoy is an elocution competition in which, participants have to speak on already given topics in Marathi.

RULES:

  • An entry shall consist of max 1 person.
  • This is a speech competition where you will be given the topic a day prior to the event.
  • Round one – In this round, you will have to speak for 3-4 min on the same topic that you have chosen. On the basis of the score, only 15 will be selected for the next and the final round.
  • Round two – (final round) In this round you will get 8-10 min to speak on the topic you have selected.
  • On- spot registration for this event are not allowed.
  • The participants shall not be allowed to use mobile or other electronic instruments on the event day.
  • Time-Limit is 8-10 minutes.
  • Participants are requested to reach the venue 20 mins before the
    reporting time.
  • It is mandatory for every participant to carry their respective receipts without which entry will not be permitted.
  • Every participant should have his/her own valid I-Card.
